Demonstrates an understanding of Mobility Infrastructure including AirWatch mobile device management and Citrix Xenapp/Xendesktop in a Microsoft Windows environment. Working knowledge of Cisco UCS, NetApp OnTAP, VMware vSphere helpful.

Serves as an escalation point for TSE3 team.
Administers and maintains a stable and secure mobility infrastructure consisting of Citrix Xenapp, Xendesktop and vmware Horizon View and Airwatch MDM with WorkspaceOne as directed by a senior level engineer.
Administers, and maintains stable and secure workstation and server environments, including operating systems, security updates, and base software as directed by a senior level engineer.
Serve as an escalation point for problem resolution and as a mentor to junior admin staff. Collaborate with other infrastructure teams to provide Level II & III support to users.
Has a firm understanding of troubleshooting methods and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems with some direction.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for changes.
Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of job’s best practices with respect to processes and documentation to best suit the needs of Safety National.
Provide any other functions as directed by Manager.
Adheres to Infrastructure department policies and procedures
Effectively communicates status of projects through all phases of work within the particular area of focus
Develops infrastructure documentation as directed by senior level engineers
Bachelors or better.
Education/Experience (Must meet at least two of the following criteria) •A Bachelor’s degree •A minimum of 4 years of working experience in I.S. or related field •Possess three or more approved certifications within job area.
Excellent written, analytical, problem solving and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure area of focus
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Ability to work in a team environment

Experience in working with distributed team members
Intermediate understanding of hardware and software
Preferred Certifications: Certified Cisco Network Associate Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Administrator CCP-v VMWare Certified Professional, levels include VCA – DCV NetApp Certified Storage Associate NCSA Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+
