Our Tulsa Bus Plant in seeking Manufacturing Engineers to join our team!
The first role will support our production line to meet daily production goals by providing floor support for the finish and chassis lines to maintain first time quality, cost, and throughput, as well as implement continuous improvement projects requested by the production team.
The second engineer opening will have responsibility for the development and implementation of projects to improve safety, ergonomics, cost, quality, and throughput.

Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
At least 2 years of product manufacturing experience
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, is preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Proficient with MS Office
Familiarity with motion study/time study
