Entry level position
Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and using networks
Working knowledge of HTML
Familiarity with JavaScript (for both Forms and Portal)
ServiceNow administration experience (Provisioning access, Group maintenance) would be nice
Adobe LiveCycle Designer to modify/create a Form would be nice
ServiceNow (Change module, Update Sets Administration)
Team Foundation Server
General knowledge of Configuration Management/Change Management
