Position Overview:
Entrust is seeking for a Software Developer II with a strong background and knowledge of object-oriented programming. The applicant will be part of the company software development team that implements e-commerce features. We do provide flexible work arrangements to meet most employee needs. The right applicant will be committed to learning and continuous improvement, self-directed and organized, and be curious and inquisitive about how things really work. This position will work on internal, and customers facing projects to digitize and streamline our operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop new features, in PHP, .NET and other languages
Test and document your code so it is easier to maintain and helps with collaboration
Write integrations with enterprise platforms
Design scalable, reliable and globally available solutions
Learn and extend your full-stack capabilities from data, to APIs and UIs
Provide ongoing tickets support for reported bugs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
2+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
API driven software development
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building containerization platforms; Docker and/or Kubernetes
Experience with Vue is plus
Experience with relational databases and MySQL
