The position of Systems Engineer is critical to ensure continuous and stable IT services for a pleasant end user experience.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Maintain Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Software (alongside application owners), & Client Hardware/Printers
Manage Helpdesk workflow and workload, resolve escalated helpdesk tickets, & see end-user issues through to completion
Maintain inventory of hardware/software
Manage Hardware & Software life cycles
Onboarding/training of new users for IT systems
Performs other duties as assigned.

HS Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelors Preferred
3+ in IT related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to discuss and present technical ideas to non technical audience
Expert in Server Hardware configuration and deployment
Expert in Server software configuration and deployment
Expert in Network (router/switch/firewall) configuration and deployment
Intermediate experience with VOIP/Intercom
Identify and prioritize workload appropriately
Expert knowledge in internal systems (office, accounting, print, sales, etc)
Ability to learn and deploy new tech quickly and effectively
