About the Role
We are looking for a Robotics Reliability Engineer to join our team and work closely with our engineers to deploy, manage, and monitor safety-critical hardware and software across our vehicle fleet.
About the Work
Support our operations team as they carry out autonomous vehicle testing and customer facing missions, ensuring our software and hardware are operating properly
Develop well-documented and scalable processes, systems and tools to improve operation simplicity and reliability
Advise operations, hardware and software engineering, and business teams on reliability problems and suggest improvements
You have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience
You have keen systematic analysis and problem-solving skills; a passion for understanding and debugging complex systems
Ability to scan a large code base to find potential root causes of issues with ease
You have solid coding skills preferably in C++, Python, and shell script
You have strong communication and collaboration skills, willing to identify problems that don't have a clear owner and take initiative to fix them
Attention to detail in all aspects of your work, particularly when creating documentation
Experience working with robotics, sensors, automotive, or aerospace systems
Experience in a site reliability, systems, and/or release engineering role
