We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who is passionate about helping ship high quality, production ready products. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about the opportunity to create, own and enhance the entire QA process for our Product Team. You should have experience with documenting feature specs, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and be willing to roll up your sleeves to build out automated end-to-end testing.
What you'll be working on
Writing automated end-to-end tests.
Backend Testing and Automation
Performing manual testing of new products and features
Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to scope out new features and prepare test plans
Working and improving on QA process
Understanding the needs of our stakeholders to help improve the end-user experience
Requirements:
5+ years of professional QA experience
3+ years of experience in automation testing
Demonstrated experience with writing automated tests using TypeScript/JavaScript and tools like Cypress would be considered as an advantage
Dedication to building a great product and polished user experiences
You are detail-oriented and apply that focus to test-case design, tracking, and implementation
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and willing to wear many hats
Nice to have:
Knowledge of modern JavaScript and best practices
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
Strong knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
Experience in mobile testing would be considered as an advantage
