We are looking for a talented developer to join our team as we expand to meet the needs of our growing organization.You will be responsible for the build, maintenance and support of system integrations within the architecture of our HR/Finance, Sales, Training, Recruiting, and EHR systems and middleware. You must have solid problem solving, analysis, and application development experience.
Develop integrations between business systems using various technologies, including C#, REST, SOAP, SSIS, SSRS and SQL.
Develop, configure, and test technical integrations for Workday solutions using Workday Studio Developer, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Complex Calculated Fields, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath.
Analyze, optimize, and implement complex code.
Effectively document the architecture, design and functionality of software under development.
Communicate complicated technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Produce clean readable code that is easily maintainable.
Work with a small team of developers.
Work on multiple projects.
Work with PM/BA during discovery phase to understand project requirements.
Assist in scoping projects.
Four-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
4 years or more experience with C#, .NET Frameworks, web service & API development (REST and SOAP)
Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Experience working with Agile Development methodologies.
Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem solving skills.
Passion for learning new technologies.
Workday integrations experience a plus. If you have a strong application development background, but do not have experience with Workday, we offer training opportunities.
