Responsibilities:
30% Provides second level production support

30% Demonstrates expert knowledge of the company’s technical capabilities and processes appropriate to customer’s needs

  • Ability to translate client requirements into a structured plan outlining steps that reflects the objectives
  • Parse client’s data files
  • Utilize custom software tools to map client data and create programming logic to provide missing data elements to fulfill requirements
  • Accurately creates the required output files for personalization
  • Develops scripts using procedural logic to create carriers
  • Create and validate test (BAP) cards in a testing and production environment
  • Implement software changes effectively
  • Provides adequate release documentation that describes program development, installation, and operating procedures
  • Understands and executes all corporate, ISO 9000, and departmental policies, specifications and requirements
20% Create test plan and cases. Perform regression testing and documentation

10% Acts as a liaison between internal and external clients on the implementation of new products, data compatibility, gathering and analyzing of test data, and key management

5% Train users on existing software

5% Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or a minimum of 1-2 years programming experience

Must be able to effectively communicate in English with strong written and verbal skills

Requires excellent problem solving and listening skills
