COTA is looking for the right individual to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As a Clinical Product Associate you will be responsible for a critical piece of our company's success - our medical data abstraction platform. You will report to the Director of Clinical Product Development and work at the core of how COTA captures and expresses oncology data.
Applicants need to be self-starters who understand and enjoy the challenges around working with varied stakeholders. Candidates must have the ability to identify key oncology data elements and accurately interpret data definitions in compliance with COTA data dictionaries.
Perform user testing of COTA proprietary oncology management system and provide feedback for platform improvements
Work with Engineering, Medical, and Operations teams, as well as others in the Product team to assist in the development of new features and tools that will substantially grow the platform's capabilities
Assist in scoping the needs of providers by holding on-site meetings, collecting requirements, and distilling them into instructions for platform engineers
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Nursing Programs. Advanced degrees preferred.
Two (2) or more years of experience working with oncology datasets
Two (2) or more years of product/project management experience
Knowledge of clinical workflows to understand health information pertinent to various visits and procedures
Experience with EHR systems
Proficiency in Google tools including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides, as well as the MS Office Suite
