The Application Development Supervisor in our Ground-up development team is responsible for performing billable client work, including but not limited to application development and maintenance, architecture design, and peer code review.
A successful candidate will have good attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and the ability to work on their own as well as within a small team. Candidates should demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success. They will be a leader, problem solver, creative thinker, and interested in learning their clients' business. This position is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with a strong background in small to mid-market custom applications to grow into and eventually assume a leadership role in our Technology Consulting - Application Development and Integration practice.
Through interpersonal and presentation skills, effectively demonstrate the capabilities of the Microsoft Stack languages
Participate and lead client workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently complete project work
Lead teams of internal functional consultants through full life-cycle implementations
Perform project management tasks and manage full life-cycle implementations
Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels
Training key users on the core job functions
2 or 4 year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
3-5 years of .NET Development using C#
Understanding of web technologies
HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, Single Page Applications
T-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to apply system design and development methodologies
Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels
Mobile Development Experience (Native or Hybrid)
CSS Preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
Understanding of web service architectures, such as WebAPI
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Source Code Control (Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio Team Services, Git)
Accounting ERP or Customer Relationship Management knowledge is a plus
