A Senior SSO and Identity Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing automated identity management and access recertification solutions. This involves automating the provisioning and de-provisioning of access to different systems and building collectors to load access data from the systems into an identity governance system to enable reviews of the level of access people and service accounts have. Detailed Description: *Contract to Hire* - This position will administer and support production configurations, policies, and troubleshoot access control issues. - Availability to respond to incidents for the overall Identity Management and Identity Governance environment - Design and implement new connectors for applications, databases, and directories in order to automate Identity Management - Design and implement collectors to load access data into the system used for access recertification.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and Web protocols (HTTP, XML)
Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
Experience with developing NetIQ Identity Manager driver policies and workflows
Previous experience in designing and supporting mission critical (24x7) environments
Cross-platform operating system administrative skills and experience modifying system parameters
Experience with design principles of high availability solutions leveraging technologies such as local and geographic clustering, load balancing, HACMP, SRDF etc
Ability to apply critical thinking and strategic concepts to solve business problems
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential
Previous Financial Services experience or knowledge is a plus
PowerShell and Shell scripting knowledge & experience is a plus
Knowledge and experience working with LDAP-compliant Directory environments (e.g. eDirectory, Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, Tivoli Directory Server)
MS-SQL, DB2, and Oracle Database experience is a plus
Networking (e.g. DNS, load balancing) knowledge
NetIQ Identity Governance/Access Review or other access recertification experience is a plus
Experience with managing cloud identities (e.g. Salesforce.com, Windows Azure, ServiceNow, ADP) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly.
Detailed-oriented. Must ask relevant questions to drill into the details.
Organization skills to coordinate activities in all phases of the upgrade of applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technology troubleshooting skills
Exhibits strong technical decision making
Microsoft Azure, Office 365 or other related cloud experience a plus.
