General Position Summary:
Perform duties within production operations, including material preparation, weighing, molding, finishing, and secondary machining operations.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Assembly, Disassembly, and maintenance of molds and related equipment.
Computer operation and some machinery operation.
Inspection of in-process and finished products using hand measurement tools.
Test procedures as record.
Record keeping of inspection results as required.
Mandatory rotation through multiple roles throughout shift.

Specific Job Skills:
Physical demands include lifting and moving material weighing 10-75 pounds (occasionally team lifting more than 75 pounds)

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, and/or one-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.

AIM Aerospace, Inc. is located in Renton, WA with facilities in Washington and Iowa. We design, engineer and manufacture composite structures used in commercial aircraft interiors. Examples include primary/secondary structures, sidewalls, ceiling panels, lavatories, bulkheads, overhead bins and crew rests.
