What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Level Technology Support Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to support our core business functions. You will be responsible for implementing processes and technologies that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on resolving level III escalations from our help desk, as well as managing projects and working closely with core clients to deliver white-glove service. We are looking for someone that is self-driven, motivated and instinctive, with a take charge attitude and adept at leading a team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
