Protelligent is a growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving clients across the US. We are headquartered in Irvine, CA with a Pacific NW presence.
Core Functions:
- Generate new leads through outbound call programs.
- Receive inbound prospect and customer inquiries.
- Research, create, develop targeted prospect lists.
- Qualify leads prior to appointment setting and identify decision makers to begin sales process. Self-initiate contact with prospects.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Protelligent’s product and service offerings.
- Execute on marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions.
- Assist management in developing and maintaining email, social media, website, and phone-based campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into potential opportunities.
- Work with management to create and maintain go-to-market strategies and product and service sales demonstrations.
- Engage pre-sales engineers to assist in showcasing Protelligent’s key differentiators and value proposition.
- Work with management to develop and track proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Maintain sales funnel and communicate status of goals/objectives.
- Communicate regularly with management team to ensure activities and opportunities are in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with channel partner relationships to generate opportunities.
· Engage pre-sales engineers to assist in showcasing Protelligent’s key differentiators and value proposition.
- Work with management to develop and track proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Maintain sales funnel and communicate status of monthly and quarterly goals/objectives.
- Communicate regularly with management team to ensure activities and opportunities are in alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage channel partner relationships to generate opportunities.
- Develop strategy for sales team development to include recruiting, goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

- High School Diploma
- 3+ years demonstrated success inside/outside sales experience with selling IT-related services and products
- Sales team-building experience
- Self-starter with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong organizational, oratory, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with general office applications
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Desired Experience:
- Direct work experience in an IT Managed Services sales and marketing role
- Channel partnership management experience
