SURVICE Engineering is seeking Vehicles Systems Engineer to provide engineering and test and evaluation support to a USMC vehicle program office.
T&E efforts involve participation in the developmental/operational test planning
Participate in T&E WIPTs, liaison with outside agencies. Conduct research and provide assessments of issues brought forth from operational users.
Technical writing of documents to include: Failure Definition Scoring Criteria, System Engineering Plan, and Test and Evaluation Master Plan
Develop briefing materials for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR).
Participate in Risk Management review boards and Safety Assessment review boards.
Work Location: Stafford, VA
Skills and experience desired:
Knowledge of configuration management and familiarity with the Configuration Management tool (CMPRO) tool and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
Excellent writing skills
Prior experience with Risk Management review boards and Safety Assessment review boards
Education & Experience Requirements: BS in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience
Clearance Requirement: Current DoD Security Clearance required
