This position is located in the Electronic Document Management Area within the Information Technology Division.
Under limited supervision, the Senior staff member will work in a team environment to oversee the analysis, design, implementation, modification, upgrade, and support of the agency Electronic Content Management and eForms solutions. Monitor environments and backend processes to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. Work with program areas to develop electronic documents, workflows, business rules, and retention schedules following agency and IT security policies and standards. To assist with coordinating and importing of batch document loads with vendors.
Install, test, upgrade, monitor, and administer primary support for the agency's electronic document management and eForms systems. Design, implement, and maintain as well as ensures maximum system uptime for critical components and backup of imaging and eForms environments. Promotes agency initiatives.
Act as the technical consultant to customers, vendors, and other technology staff to design, create, and support the scanning, importing, eforms, key fields, workflow, storing, retrieval, preservation, and retention of documents within the agency Electronic Content Management and eForms solutions. Work with IT Application staff to integrate EDM and eForm solutions with systems and third party solutions in the agency Application portfolio. Adheres to Information Technology Security and application development standards.
Coordinate with program areas and vendors as needed to import document batch jobs as needed. To configure and monitor scheduled batch import and supporting scheduled tasks. Assist with the installation of of client tools and problem resolution. Respond to customer incidents and service request tickets within the IT SLA timeframe.
Prepare and maintain system documentation for imagining and eForms systems supported. Work with IT Governance to maintain current listing of supported scanners and desktop peripherals. Provide appropriate administrative documentation and project communication.

State Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system software, or the testing and debugging of system software. An associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
