This Network Access Control (NAC) Analyst will be a product owner on a security team and will be a knowledgeable, hands-on technical specialist that will develop policy, perform incident handling, and collaborate with the Network Team and business entities to ensure a secure network environment.
Perform daily support operations, with a schedule that may involve nontraditional working hours
Responsible for the operation, performance, availability and capacity of the network access control (NAC)
Partner with the IT Information Security, Risk and Compliance Center of Excellence to develop logical and implementation designs for the NAC solution and accompanying integrations
Expand existing NAC solution capabilities; ensuring consistency across all regions of the world.
NAC performance and load testing and upgrades
Collaborate with team members as well as other business functions, business partners, management, vendors, and external parties for information gathering and best practice recommendations
Develop NAC policies in alignment with business and security requirements
Contribute to overall NAC process improvements and documentation
Represent and contribute to the overall NAC solutions and methodologies

Bachelors or equivalent Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
3+ years of technical experience in Information Security or Network Security
2+ years of direct work experience NAC technologies
Previous experience with Active Directory
Previous experience with Network Access Control
Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish
Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday - Sunday. Flexible to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 7:00pm). Candidates needs to be available and willing to participate in a rotational 24x7 On-Call support
Experience working in an Azure environment, or any Fortinet/ FortiNAC/Forescou / IPS/IDS devices or similar solutions
Previous experience working with network tools and technologies such as:
Full packet capture (FPC)
Previous experience working with the following technologies:
HPE & Cisco switches & routers
Sniffer package capture
DHCP & DNS
Wireless network management
