The Maintenance Team provides repair and maintenance Support, Service and Solutions for over 35 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Twin Cities. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced building technician whose technical and customer relation skills provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities of this role:
Responsibilities include a variety of skilled building maintenance services and frequent contact with customers. Job functions include:
-Faucet repair
-Standard toilet/urinal troubleshooting
-General carpentry
-Tile repairs
-Caulking
-Drywall repair
-Staining and varnishing
-Time clocks adjustment
-Door adjustments
-Electrical line tracing
-Interior ballast replacement
-Alarm functions
-Commercial thermostat adjustment
-Roof repairs
-Other tasks as required.
-HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum 2-years experience in commercial building service and be able to safely operate power and hand tools. Customer relation skills are essential. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., have a valid driver’s license and be insurable. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Background check is required.
