What You'll Do:
This will be a hands-on, supervisory role accountable for providing daily technical and administrative supervision and mentor-ship, to a group of five (5) developers and administrators.
Coaching and developing employees for growth and career opportunities. Providing feedback and completing the performance review cycle with all direct reports.
The position requires practical technical and business knowledge in Agile software development best practice, to ensure IT application development process disciplines inclusive of requirements analysis (functional & non-functional), application design, integration design and development, environment management, and deployment are effectively managed and performed to standards.
This senior developer must have hands-on experience designing and building custom solutions in SFDC using Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, and fluent in Salesforce platform integration options, and development lifecycle governance.
This position will have ability to influence industry best practice standards, innovation and continuous improvement in the DevOps function.

What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform
3+ years of experience as lead full-stack Salesforce developer: Lightning, Web Components, Apex, Visual Force, Community, Salesforce data model design, and complex Security models.
5+ years or experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using any middleware
Proficiency with Force.com IDE, VSCode, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services
2-3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
Strong Expertise in configuring Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow's, Process Builder, APEX Sharing rules, Flows & Approval Processes & Reports and Dashboards
Experience in deployment/ packaging using Change Sets, Eclipse, Ant scripts & Metadata API
2-3 years of experience in designing and developing Integration Solutions using Web Service API's, REST and SOAP API 's
Experience with data loads using Bulk API's
Experience with full cycle SFDC implementation, from design through deployments
2+ years practical experience of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery
3+ years of experience supervising development teams, including establishing department and individual performance goals.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional/Preferred experience:
2+ years of experience with Mulesoft integration is a plus
8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development and administration
Experience with CloudCraze (B2B Commerce)
DevOps experience with SFDX and/or tools like Copado
Experience with Java/JEE apps, Tomcat, Servlets, JSPs, and migration to Salesforce
Integrating Salesforce with SAP
Experience with Agile and Lean
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
