This new dedicated plant specialized in the production of pet food ingredients and dedicated mainly to US market. Tasks
On a new greenfield project based in US Hodges – SC and under the responsibility of the Project Manager, your main mission and responsibilities will be: Guarantee the right application the specifications and protocols during the complete execution a new industrial greenfield project to product powder palatants. Align with the group strategy & standards and in collaboration with both, local multidisciplinary US team dedicated for the project (project manager and R&D engineer) and Global Project Manager. Coordinate and challenge the process information during the design phase. • Collaborate with the Global PM to prepare the Scope Of Works documents (SOW) send to the suppliers. • Collaborate with the Global PM to prepare the IQ OQ PQ protocols. • Ensure the right following of the corporate guidelines & standards during the design process. • Participate to the Factory Acceptance Test in the workshop of the suppliers. Ensure and follow the right application of the specification during the execution phase. • Be our permanent eye on site to insure the application of the safety rules. • Coordinate the daily execution tasks. • Report the daily progress on site of each supplier. • Participate and Structure the Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with suppliers. • Coordinate and Report the IQ protocols. Ensure and follow the right application of the specification during the start-up phase. • Coordinate the daily commissioning. • Coordinate the daily activities between Diana Pet-Food and other process. • Report the commissioning activities on site of each supplier. • Participate and Structure the Final Acceptance Tests with suppliers. • Coordinate and Report the OQ & PQ protocols. Ensure and follow the right application of the specification during the post start-up phase. • Coordinate and Report the production ramp-up with the multidisciplinary Diana Pet-Food teams (Production, R&D, Q&S).
Qualifications
- Food Process Engineer or Industrial Process Engineering specialization. • 3 to 5 years’ experience on food (hygienic process), dairy or baby food process. • English mandatory, Spanish or French will be a plus. • Strong leadership in the conduct of technically demanding, multi-faceted projects in an international and matrix environment. • Ability to build intra-team relationships and collaborate in a global environment at all levels of the organization. • Well understanding and application of the EHEDG, NAMI standards. • Well understanding and application of the ATEX standard. • Used to work in a fast-growing business scenario, and at ease in leading change • Your skills and technical sensitivity allow you to be a true field engineer. You also know how to work in a multicultural environment in a context of technical projects requiring autonomy, strength of proposal, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
