As a DevOps engineer on our team, you’ll help streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You’ll incorporate open source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best – innovate. You’ll work with the team to implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to build your experience in Cloud native technologies, Infrastructure-as-Code, pipelines and Kubernetes while developing products that will support our agile teams to move faster and deliver more to those on the front lines providing care for our Veterans. 2+ years of experience with Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
1+ year of experience with automation technologies like Ansible and Terraform
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS Diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with Docker and containerization
Experience with Jenkins and pipeline technologies
Experience with open-source frameworks for logging and monitoring such as ELK, Prometheus and Grafana
