Who you work for:
Report to Swiftlink CTO, VP of Engineering, and RFIC Director.
What you will do:
RF Wireless system performance testing, debugging, and characterization.
Familiar with software to control Keysight Technologies (or Anritsu and Rohde & Schwarz) instrument such as Labview for automatically facilitating test procedures.
Strong wireless Mm-Wave background and familiarity with Analog/RF/Mm-Wave systems fundamentals.
Solid experience of RF parametric testing such as S-parameter, Power Management, IP3, NF, Load-Pull, EVM, AM-AM/-PM, ACPR, phase noise, etc and strong working knowledge of RF test equipment.
Characterizing/debugging Mm-Wave Flip-Chip PCB issues with a testing script development, for example, with Matlab and programming experience such as Python.
Knowledge to optimize Tx/Rx radio performance and designing and executing Analog/RF/Mm-Wave as well as PHY/MAC testing scripts capability to control RF test equipment and RF chips.
Programming to generate writing scripts autonomously that synthesize and analyze large data sets with IC systems and integration teams for testing reports.
Work with antenna-on-chip package teams for massive production.
Work with RFIC circuit designers and system integration engineers.
M.S. or Ph.D. Preferred
Coursework in Electrical Engineering, Microwave Engineering, and Electro-Magnetics.
5+ years of work experience in Mm-Wave antenna array package radio design and testing, lab environment proficiency, RF signal processing/characterization is preferred.
Prior experience with RF test equipment and testing script software on drafting and plotting.
