The CRM Specialist supports day-to-day operation and maintenance of the college's CRM systems including Ellucian's CRM Recruit and Ellucian's CRM Advise; ensuring effective and efficient usage.

This is an entry level position for an early-career CRM system administrator or developer, with exposure to both aspects of CRM management.

This position reports to the Manager, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology,

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor scheduled workflows, communication plans, automated imports, and automated alerts for errors, troubleshoot as necessary. Collaborate with the CRM Technology Manager and/or Admissions Specialist for resolution, as appropriate.
Assist end users with technical usage of the systems including the development and use of Advanced Finds.
Triage user questions and issues, providing first line of communication to address and resolve concerns. Communicate the status of issues and collaborate with the CRM Technology Manager and/or Admissions Specialist for resolution, as appropriate.
Under the direction of the CRM Technology Manager, create and edit codes, fields, forms, and views within the CRMs to support effective and efficient staff usage and student success.
Develop and/or contribute to the development of end user training materials.
Support and lead end user training sessions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE POSITION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in computer/information science field, or 60 earned credits towards a BS in a computer/information science field
Fundamental understanding of the purpose of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Understanding of relational database architecture and standard CRM system structure
Proficient with Excel
Effective written and oral communication skills
Experience supporting a CRM or database, or completed coursework related to this support

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
BS in computer/information science field
