Job Description:
Technica currently seeking qualified Instructional System Design or Instructor Methodology Course candidates to support an Air Force Customer in Montgomery Alabama. The task includes developing and enhancing curriculum, lesson plans, exams, and end of course evaluation forms for New Hire Orientation (NHO) and Initial Qualification Training (IQT) for all inbound personnel that require Mission Qualification Training (MQT); and administering the DoD 8570 Information Assurance (IA) program for unit IA Workforce Improvement/certification reporting. The training team will work closely with the Stand and Eval Team, Government Leadership, the Operations Manager, and Program Engineers to develop and administrative effective training to Crew Members. The Training team will maintain an operationally representative Lab Environment that mimics the operational environment and allows Crew Members to train without operational impact.

Job Requirements:
The Training Team shall maintain accountability and control of training materials.
The Training Team shall administer the Quality Assurance Self- Assessment Program (SAP) responsibilities
The Training Team shall update progress in the training records
The Training Team shall review records, folders and grade books per Air Force and locally-developed guidance.
The Training Team shall administer classes and exams as required. Coordinate with scheduling to ensure crew members are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or per-deployment training requirements.
The Training Team shall perform individual checks of personnel training records (including ancillary training).
The Training Team shall prepare and execute periodic training/testing plan for approval & scheduling.
The Training Team shall provide inputs for weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
The Training Team shall coordinate with scheduling, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance as well as direction from the Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, NCOICs, and Contractor Leaderships chains. Scheduling and training will be consistent with Air Force Instructions.
The Training Team shall respond daily to new training requests and work with unit leadership to ensure that Crew members are up to date on requirements.
Trainers must be familiar with Air Force Instructions and be comfortable providing a basic interpretation of vague language in AFIs which are applicable to their respective areas of expertise.
