Description

The successful candidate will work in a team to complete substation P&C design projects to meet clients standards. They will be responsible for maintaining good quality and efficiency while developing deliverables such as: One-Line Diagrams, AC & DC Schematics, Panel Layouts, Wiring Diagrams, Cable Lists, and Bills of Material. They will help mentor less experienced engineers and designers to help them progress. They must have a thorough understanding of how substation protection and control systems work as well as the clients standards and practices.

Education/Experience/Licensure:
A minimum of a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university is required.
The position requires at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience.
Professional registration is desirable.

accept responsibility for technical adequacy of deliverables designed or checked
possess knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or Microstation develop, promote and comply with Mesa safety requirements
