Title: Sales Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Manage a team of Account Managers to drive new business, build relationships in the community, deliver a consistent experience, and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·Work with other team leaders on product/service development.
·Identify the target audience for specific product offerings and develop strategies to bring them to market.
·Keep your finger on the pulse of the business technology market to identify gaps in our product offerings.
·Identify opportunities for new customer relationships and expand relationships with our existing customer base.
·Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
·Oversee the activities of the sales team.
·Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate training objectives for members of the sales team.
·Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
·Create a competitive yet team focused environment.
·Communicate with customers and team members in a professional and respectful manner.
·Develop and implement policies and procedures within CTS.
·Represent the firm at public events and social functions.
·Track time and expense according to company policy.
·Constantly strive to improve efficiency and provide better service and predictability for our customers.
·Prioritize quality and security above all else.
·We are the experts and must portray ourselves that way in all professional interactions.
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
·5+ years in a sales management position with a proven track record of success
·Experience with business technology solutions greatly preferred
·General understanding of business finance
·Excellent computer skills and ability to type at 45 words per minute or higher
·Superb leadership ability
All members of the sales team will report directly to this position. This includes a group of Account Managers, a Vendor Relations Specialist, and a Sales Engineer.
Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
While this position is generally Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, there may be a need for occasional after-hours work to meet the expectations of this position.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
