Graduate - Tailing Engineer

We're looking for graduates from a range of degrees for different areas across our business. This requisition is for a role in RTA Tailings and Water Dams Group.
As Graduate – geotechnical engineering and tailings management, you will be providing technical support to our team in Jonquière (Saguenay) including field work and surveillance of various construction and monitoring campaigns, basic engineering tasks and assistance to the daily tailings operations. You will have the opportunity to participate in internal training sessions as well as assist technical session on various topics concerning our tailings project and learn from technical and operations experts. You will be working under the direction of our team based in Montreal and in very close collaboration with the Jonquiere engineering team.
Knowledge, studies or particular training experience in geotechnical engineering, mine environment or tailings management is an asset for this graduate position.
Bachelor or master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on soil mechanics and geotechnics, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering with focus on soil mechanics, mine environment or related study fields - completed in 2020, 2021 or by May 2022
Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international)
Right to work in Canada
