The Educational Developer is responsible for the conceptualization and technologically based development of highly interactive learning solutions and software that target learning objectives and improves learning outcomes. Responsibilities will include designing systems and data reporting to meet curriculum and accreditation goals, collaborating on and supporting development of educational systems and training faculty on use of education technology.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required.

Experience with instructional design methodologies, course and curriculum design in various modalities including learning outcome development and curriculum alignment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adhere to deadlines.

Possess the ability to analyze and synthesize technical content
