How will you make an impact?
Oligonucleotides are critical components of scientific research and are used whether our customers are accelerating life science research, solving complex analytical challenges or improving patient diagnostics and therapies. By developing optimized and cost-effective oligonucleotides manufacturing processes, we enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and a safer place.
What will you do?
Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently to meet product as well as process release/transfer timelines.
Interact with extended development teams, operations, QA and R&D.
Work with instruments that are used for oligonucleotide manufacturing such as oligonucleotide synthesizer, HLPC, MS, Spectrophotometer and liquid handlers.
Safely handles chemical materials
Maintain project records and project notes
Drive implementation and training for new processes and products
Collaborate with departments across the organization to resolve technical issues
Prepare and present written and oral reports to manager and project team members.
Perform other responsibilities to support the needs of the department, as assigned.
Adhere to ISO13485 guidelines (good working knowledge of cGMP a plus)
How will you get here?
BS/MS in life science with minimum of 3-5 years lab experience of related experience
Strong bench skills and experimental design
Experience with Oligo synthesis preferred
Experience with automated instrumentation and laboratory measurement devices: liquid-handling robots, plate readers, vial/tube handlers, etc strongly desired
Other analytical method experience such as HPLC and Mass spectrometry is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills and writing skills is required
Must be highly organized and have strong project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office software applications
