Ipsen Corporate Academy

We offer a custom training program for intermediate and entry-level technicians who display the right attitude and basic skill set. Selected candidates with the right experience and background will enroll in Ipsen Corporate Academy, a 6-month comprehensive classroom plus hands-on paid training program before transitioning to permanent assignments. Once out of training, you will transition into one of our regional Ipsen Customer Service (ICS) Teams where you will help keep our customers equipment running at peak performance and minimize costly downtime through upgrades, retrofits, parts, maintenance, service and training.

Overview of the job

The FSE will plan and coordinate assignments as directed by the Regional Service Manager, including installation and startup of new Customer equipment, upgrading existing equipment, troubleshooting technical problems, preform scheduled maintenance and calibration services, and will establish good working relationships with customers through positive results and promote other services, and part offerings on existing equipment.

Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a company-paid background check, physical and drug screening and have a current, valid driver’s license.
