Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP) is a leading contractor for Department of Defense (DoD), integrated logistics, technology, system integration and project management worldwide. ESP is looking for an experienced Software Developer / Engineer to perform the following:

Design, develop, and implement solutions, using various coding languages, by evaluating problem definitions and programmatic requirements focused on the Microsoft Windows platforms utilizing desktop and web frameworks.
Design, develop and implement unit tests focusing on Microsoft unit test frameworks.
Utilize PowerShell and various coding languages to automate installation procedures for Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products onto vendor hardware and/or virtual environments.
Utilize PowerShell and various coding languages to automate installation procedures for Information Assurance (IA) products and standards to meet approved security baselines on a variety of platforms to include Microsoft Windows, Redhat Enterprise Linux, VMware ESXi and others.
Provide systems management policies and advisement on a variety of platforms to include Microsoft Windows and Linux
Assist in developing network and IA solutions for CISCO switches and routers, and third-party vendor modems.
Provide engineering support, if needed, to develop, integrate, configure, modify, test, and debug before mentioned software configurations.
Demonstrate knowledge on Microsoft group policy management and have the ability to modify ADM(x) templates in support of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG’s).
Interface with TMD Engineering, Field Engineer’s, and Helpdesk personnel to assist in ticket resolution.
Provide written and verbal reports to T2C2 and PdM SATCOM leadership staff as needed.
Ability to document requirements as well as generate documented procedures for developed solutions.

Required Experience:
Minimum SECRET clearance is required.
Ability to develop solutions or software in C#, JavaScript and web technology languages.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerShell.
Certification Requirements include VMWare Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field or 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience with test-driven development and operational feedback.
Experience with managing and utilizing version control systems.
Works well within team environments but can accomplish tasks individually as needed.

Desired Experience:
VMware Certified Professional or higher.
Cisco Certified Network Associate or higher.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate with emphasis on server technologies or higher.
Experience with git version control system.
Experience with management and use of Windows Server Update Services.
Experience with System Center Configuration Manager.
