As a Test Engineer, you will serve on a highly collaborative team delivering business solutions. As a member of an Agile team you will be focused on story writing, collaboration with development and Product Owners, requirement analysis and overall testing activities. Additionally, you will support the team in release planning, deployments, and documentation. Our cross-functional, highly empowered environment will grant you the freedom to achieve while also demanding a high level of responsibility.

What you'll do:
Create simple to complex manual test cases while collaborating with team members. Execute and manage automated test cases. Follow development, testing, source control and versioning best practices as defined by team and COP. Participate in design reviews and other collaborative quality and knowledge sharing activities.
Analyze simple software systems with minimal mentoring while collaborating with team members. Deliver artifacts that provide and assist in the development of testing solutions for stories and tasks.
Work to understand requirements, stories and tasks via discussion, clarifying questions and review of existing artifacts.
Active participation in the Testing CoP. Engage in the Testing CoP to enhance skills and share knowledge gained.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
Bachelor's degree and demonstrated understanding of Testing, logical thinking, Quality Assurance and problem solving.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
Experience with C#, SQL, and automated testing.
Manual testing for Web and the ability to help define testing strategy based on requirement.
Experience writing test cases.
Should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
