We are a seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Technical Integration Engineer who will provide knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the team. Serve as a central point of contact to resolve end user problems and to increase end user efficiency.

Implements computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing
Performs requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas of office automation and finance and accounting
Conducts configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results
Provides solutions to identified software problem reports. Receives and responds to end user "help" requests and/or trouble reports
Analyzes whether user problems result from hardware failure/problem, network failure/problem, software failure/problem or is procedural in nature
Reports hardware/network/software problems
Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle
Prepares certification & accreditation documentation and procedures
Works with Information Assurance (IA) on categorizing applications and completing all documentation to meet IA’s strict security scoring and requirements


Requires a BS and 4 years of prior relevant experience

Required Knowledge/Experience:
6 or more years’ experience with Network Support, Network equipment, cabling, wiring
Experience in network management and local area network design and implementation
Extensive experience with Microsoft Project in developing project schedules, resource pools, and critical path/dependency analysis
Experience with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS)
Experience with network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and IDS
Knowledge of various protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, SSH, SNMP, and TELNET
IAT Level I: A+ CE; CCNA-Security; Network +CE, SSCP

Preferred Knowledge:
Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment
Ability to brief staff members to and contribute solutions to decisions
Work cooperatively as a team member and provide recommendations to build effective customer relationships
Knowledge of ITIL principles
Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight
Experience with Agile, SAFE, DevOps project management experience
