Commercial Sewing has specialized in the marine and power sports markets with a focus on producing canvas products for Original Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, and Dealers.

Our staff has decades of experience in power sports and marine industries and a dedicated team of 20 engineers, project managers, and global sourcing specialists that work out of a “innovation lab” to meet and exceed customer project requirements.
Commercial Sewing is a “lean” manufacturer, capable at servicing high & low volume requirements “on-time” as well as utilizing global sourcing.
This position reports to the VP of Business Development and is responsible to assist with administrative tasks of the sales department while balancing the needs of our production goals.
Answer phone or email sales inquiries to facilitate potential and/or current customers
Order entry, confirmations and direct support for Order Processing team
Maintains current customer and prospect information in the corporate Epicor system
Assure that any discrepancies between the company and its customers are quickly resolved
Assist with costing pricing updates as directed
Maintain the dealer direct customer list and ensure its accuracy
Preparing and distributing direct mailings and or emailing of sales programs
Organize travel arrangements and marketing event logistics as required
Compile, chart and distribute of key business metrics as directed
Follows approved procedures and work instructions to complete responsibilities
Complete, file and submit all NAFTA / USMCA forms required for customer
Facilitate and organize sales documents through varies secure technologies
Support other team members with projects when needed
Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs
Maintains work area in a clean, repaired and organized manner

Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-4 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment and
Proficient organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills
Must be highly detail orientated. A perfectionist who double checks their work.
Willingness to go the extra distance to help team mates
Personal computer, telephone, Sit 95% and stand 5%
