Job Description:
TS Banking Group is seeking to hire an Application Developer. This position translates user requirements into designs for new software programs and systems. This involves providing technical support and undertaking system analysis.
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in the field Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar work experience. 1-2 years experience with React/Javascript preferred.

Required Experience:
Provide technical support to business and testing team during testing phases
Create technical specifications for detailed application design
Undertake system analysis, design and development activities to deliver technical solutions
Maintain the operation of business systems and applications
Assist in the development of a production control support process for applications
Document project code and technical processes through existing standards
Aid in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and systems
Translate user requirements into solution design for development and implementation of business technology solutions
Provide support during systems integration testing
Collaborate with colleagues on solution design and development
Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
