RPM, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in providing detailed mission analysis, innovative organizational planning, technical staff training support and comprehensive assessments resulting in strategic-to-tactical solutions for government and private sector. RPM is seeking an Close Air Support SME/Course Developer for our Cheyenne, WY location.
Provide instructive Close Air Support (CAS) control as needed in training.
Assist the 582 Helicopter Group staff to plan & execute Joint CAS (coordinating w/ higher headquarters & other air-ground integration agencies as training and exercises require)
Provide platform and field instruction; develop and operate simulation exercises that replicate live training events or scenarios in accordance with JFO or JTAC Programs of Instruction (POI).
Provide technical support in the development and sustainment of course curricula through POI, scenario development and management.
Courseware and syllabi development experience.
Minimum 2 years CAS qualified or certified experience (rotary-wing preferred) (Army Aviation Attack Procedures (AAAP), CAS as a non-qualified controller (E-CAS), and Joint Fires Observer do not meet this criteria)
Minimum security clearance of SECRET.
Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience
Graduate of service weapons and tactics instructor course (USAFWS, WTI)
