ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Utilize variety of software packages to prepare, process and document test and production jobs.
Create and maintain documentation for production procedures and processes.
Create, verify, print, collate and distribute all necessary documentation associated with the production job in accordance with procedures.
Monitor job processes for error messages in program execution. Work with programmers, supervisors and managers (as appropriate) regarding errors.
Monitor FTP and email, downloading customer data files when they arrive.
Monitor expected data feed and notify from Client Relations Managers if data files are missing.
Operate a variety of computer peripheral equipment such as printers.
Quality control to confirm output reports to expected totals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
