Boiler Engineer required by a leading supplier of home heating oil!

World Fuel Services currently requires Boiler Engineers to service and repair Boilers and Cookers throughout the working week and travel throughout their assigned geography. The Boiler Engineer will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to new and existing customers and delivering an efficient customer support service.

To work to daily maintenance targets and deliver optimal levels of customer service and represent the Company professionally.

Principle duties include:
To work to daily maintenance targets and deliver optimal levels of customer service and represent the Company professionally.
To actively cross sell the Company’s services and products wherever and whenever possible.
To keep Company documentation and systems up to date and accurately completed.
To leave Boiler cards on site or ensure the current cards are updated and left clearly visible to the Customer and subsequent visiting Engineer.
Ad hoc boiler installation work.
Ad hoc maintenance and support of external oil tanks
Ad hoc weekend work to support customer breakdown enquiries

The Individual:
Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential and strong values around the delivery of optimal customer services are essential.
Boiler maintenance work experience is essential gained in a field based role, preferably in the area of oil fired boiler maintenance.
Possession of an OFTEC qualification is essential.
The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.
Strong IT skills are essential in order to operate the Company’s maintenance system.
