Responsible for the development of Specialty RF cable; design, manufacturing instructions and testing. Provide technical support to sales, quality control, and customers.
Develop Specialty RF cables based on customer requirements.
Establish relationships with key engineers at Specialty RF customers
Review customer DWG’s to determine if performance characteristics are achievable
Create Harbour DWG’s when required.
Review routers relating to Specialty RF
Prepare and implement developmental plans when required.
Provide technical support to manufacturing.
Review cost estimations prepared by Design Specialists pertaining to Specialty RF
Evaluate new raw materials, methods and equipment
Prepare P routers.
Create purchasing specs as needed.
Selection and installation of the appropriate equipment for data collection.
Evaluate and verify the accuracy of test data, provide recommendations for improvement
Interface with customers’ engineering personnel.
Provide technical support to Account managers.
Maintains document control per AS9100 requirements.
Special projects and duties as assigned.
