As a Software Engineer, you will be exposed to cutting edge technologies creating, updating, and maintaining a variety of applications. The Software Engineer is essential for ensuring that we stay innovative and cutting edge in our approach to help our internal and external customers. Working Schedule: This is a full-time position with standard working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Occasional after-work hours as may be required to support business needs.
Develop and implement Windows and Web applications in an enterprise environment
Develop and implement software services for use in service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Responsible for providing reliable estimates for new projects and other project-related work
Responsible for system reviews and programming/infrastructure designs
Assists in strategic planning in support on new industry trends and growth as it relates to integration and development
Database development including queries, stored procedures, and functions

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of experience developing Web and Windows applications in an enterprise environment based on Microsoft platform
3+ years of experience with and knowledge of development in C#, or equivalent Object-Oriented language
2+ years of experience and knowledge of Web Sites or Web Services
3+ years of experience with agile product development, development, functional/design specifications generation, and unit
Working knowledge of agile practices, design patterns, software architecture, and n-tier design
Experience with the Microsoft NET framework features and ADO.NET Entity Framework
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong communication skills are critical as the incumbent will be required to gather requirements, communicate alternatives, risks, and technical design
Able to demonstrate an understanding of object-oriented design and its implementation in the NET CLR
Experience with JSON, CSS, DHTML, and XML
Experience with Azure servers, or Trizetto’s FACETS
