Getting a mortgage is but one step along a journey of additionally required services—each with its own supplemental experience. We’re looking for team members whose curiosity and drive will propel this next generation experience. You’ll work alongside business line owners, product managers, and design in an iterative and collaborative environment. As part of the team, you will play a major role in guiding the direction of several fast-growing product lines that lead the way in our Movement of Change.
How you'll contribute:
Work multi-functionally to deliver user-facing features from end to end
Own and improve the user experiences across the Movement homebuyer ecosystem creating customers for life in the process
Design and implement software and tools to empower each Movement channel and affiliates to do their workflows and operations
Integrate Movement’s service with the best external solutions when possible, and actively manage the integration with vendors
Develop front end web architecture, manage backend of web applications, and be responsible for servers and databases of said applications
Who you are:
4+ years of experience in web and mobile application development
Excellent coding, problem-solving and debugging skills in a service-oriented platform
Passionate about improving user experiences in a data-driven fashion
Strong communication skills and the ability to distill and convey complex information to multiple stakeholders
Strong integrator experience specifically Rest APIs, Soap APIs, SQL stored procedures and microservices.
Experience with API gateways, third-party API's, integrations and microservice understanding
Experience and understanding of data and databases in addition to Azure infrastructure
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Angular and JavaScript.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Typescript, React and Amber.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python and PHP.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostGres, MongoDB, and MSSQL.
Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft APIs
