Hands on individual who continuously support/improve/optimize various segments of Electronics Manufacturing Operations through 6S implementation, innovative/creative thinking/problem solving and strong team-work. The manufacturing/industrial engineer may need to perform time study, create work instructions, and training module as needed. Working extensively with both inter and intra departmentals, particularly with Design Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain and Production Team to improve/enhance Safety, Quality. Lead Time, and Cost. Promote ISO awareness and implementation, lead by example.
Manufacturing Process Optimization.
conduct work measurement studies
reduce/eliminate unnecessary waste.
perform line balancing and simulation modeling.
Process Documentation & Process Control.
review DFM for new custom products
write operating procedure
perform Statistical Process Control
able to code simple GUI for production data collection
work closely with IT to explore potential data mining in SQL from ERP
Warehouse Process Design and Optimization
Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures of working.

Familiar with ERP/MRP system; EPICOR knowledge is a plus
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
- 5-7 years experience in similar industry
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, Kaizen
- Proficient is MS Office
- Familiarity with AutoCAD /Solidworks or any drafting software
- Programming (coding) and SQL skills/experience is very desirable
