Piper Companies is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Tier 1-2) to join an industry-leading Internet Security organization based out of Broad Run, Virginia. The Service Desk Support Engineer will provide support to over 800 globally dispersed users.

Responsibilities of Service Desk Support Engineer include:
Performing troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues
Identifying and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and performance of IT infrastructure
Provide Tier 1 – Tier 2 levels of support for users
Monitoring computer performance to ensure optimal response time and system uptime

Qualifications for the Service Desk Support Engineer include:
Experience with Troubleshooting, SSCM, Active Directory, Windows, MAC, iPhone, and Hardware/Software support
Ability to handle 20+ Tickets on a weekly basis
Shift Hours: 8 am – 8 pm Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday
Must be able to come on-site to Broad Run, VA office

Compensation for the Service Desk Support Engineer includes:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 – Hourly Pay $35 – $40/hr
