We are looking for a staff level civil/environmental engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in civil and/or environmental engineering. Projects will include environmental assessment, engineering feasibility study and remediation design preparations, and construction management for soil, soil gas, vapor intrusion and groundwater. You will perform project tasks involving site investigation, evaluation of remedial technologies, engineering design, and remediation operations.
Work/coordinate with project team personnel.
Perform technical functions on projects and possibly direct the technical efforts on environmental, engineering, and construction projects.
Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, construction specifications, engineering cost estimates, and direct the preparation of construction drawings for various types of projects, including groundwater and soil remediation.
Prepare and engineering documents such as Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Feasibility Studies (FSs), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and work plans.
Complete data evaluation and remedy selection for impacted sites.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or Master’s Degree (M.S.) in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or a related area.
Direct experience with engineering design and designing/conducting environmental assessment and remediation are desirable.
Proficiency in preparation of engineering plans in Autocad
The position is will require both field and office based work
