CTA Consulting Engineers is a growing, boutique MEP Engineering firm. We specialize in innovative design solutions for both complex renovations and sustainable design challenges and serve a diverse group of building owners, architects, government and state agencies, general contractors, and real estate developers.
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to head our team and make partner within 3 years of proven success. Our ideal candidate will have strong written and communications skills, ability to work in a team environment and have experience with design of commercial, government and institutional projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be comfortable in developing and maintaining a client base and must be a registered engineer in at least one State.
The candidate must have between 5-8 years of design experience, be highly motivated and a self starter who enjoys working in a small team atmosphere. This is a full-time employment position with benefits to include paid leave, health insurance and performance based bonuses. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
Prepare Construction Documents for permit & bidding for power distribution, lighting and Fire Alarm systems
Provide Construction Administration services
Prepare pre-purchase reports, due diligence reports and conditions assessment reports
Communicate with clients and attend meetings as required
Be able to execute projects from concept through construction to full completion
5-8 years relevant experience
Registration or EIT with potential to obtain PE within 2 years
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office
Must be a team player and be able to work closely with Architectural team members.
Must be able to work with minimal/no supervision
Experience with REVIT is a plus
LEED AP BD+C is a plus
