Project manage from conception to implementation projects that improve business performance across multiple metrics that achieves timeline and budget requirements
Identify and deliver process improvement projects using various problem-solving techniques and/or the deployment of capital resources
Propose Capital deployment in support of CI initiatives with business case rationale
Evaluate new technology and new capabilities in support of current and future work statements
Work closely with Operations to provide day-to-day support to ensure performance objectives are met
Provide Planning, modeling, and minor programming support
Support Engineering and Quality functions as required
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Five (5) years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Ability to read and understand precautions, safety, procedures, and other specifications as necessary to perform job function.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering field
Ten (10) years of experience working in Manufacturing Industry
Experience working in the CNC Machining, Forming, & Special Process environments
Extensive knowledge in multiple aerospace OEM specification review
Experience implementing Continuous improvement projects
Experience working in a business that holds AS9100, ISO9001, or equivalent Quality certifications
