We are currently recruiting a Systems Engineer
Responsibilities include client relationship and project management, as well as server and desktop support in person or via phone help desk. Work with administrators and company leaders to plan projects and meet financial and logistical budgets and complete projects on time. Served as escalation point for tier 1 engineers and conduct root-cause analysis to permanently resolve issues in all areas of technology. Share on-call responsibilities amongst other engineers. Setup, manage and support of any technology (hardware and software) used in medical practices, retail businesses and standard office workplaces. Project lead involving addition and integration of new devices as well as complete server and network replacement and migration. Work with 3rd party vendors for migration, configuration and support of line-of-business applications and technologies.
Familiarity with using a ticketing system, and technical knowledgebase to track and document all incidents.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) with end users across multiple types of businesses.
Flexibility to learn and support new software applications.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Reliable work ethic.
Excellent customer service skills (courteous, tactful, and professional demeanor).
Ability to participate in on call rotation involving responding to high priority alerts after hours and weekends (additional compensation).
Support of server and network hardware, desktops, wireless access points, routers and any other devices, software and systems used in a typical office environment.
Root-cause analysis skills, and the ability to receive escalations from help desk technicians and serve as upper-tier support for help desk.
