The applicant for this position will be responsible for:
Leading and collaborating with a team of FPGA designers, Software engineers, and test development.
Identifying product requirements.
Scoping project effort and stay on schedule.
Risk assessment and mitigation.
Design power supply, digital circuitry with high speed, high-performance Xilinx FPGAs and latest DDR SDRAM and Flash memory technology.
Specifications and schematics capture.
Signal Integrity requirements and report evaluations.
Layout constraints, guidance, and review.
Generating and maintaining BOM.
Testing and qualifying prototype boards.
Other duties as assigned.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
5 years of relevant Printed Circuit Board design experience.
Should have experience with high-speed differential lines and serial interfaces.
Should have experience designing boards with FPGAs (Xilinx UltraScale / HBM / RFSoC).
Strong in understanding high speed signaling and signal integrity.
Excellent understanding of digital electronics is required.
Fluency in Mentor Graphics Xpedition DxDesigner is required
Ability to design FPGA/CPLD logic in VHDL is a plus.
Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
