Who we are:
Interphase Materials is a fast-growing advanced materials company that solves challenging problems at the interface of biology and technology. We specialize in innovative surface treatments that improve the efficiency of commercial and industrial cooling systems in markets like district energy, marine heat exchangers, and power generation. We are a small team that works hard, knows how to have fun, and loves to create. We wear a lot of hats and have deep knowledge of a broad number of topics. Our culture is candid, upfront, and blunt. We're driven by constant improvement and continuous feedback, and we always go the extra mile to do what's best for our company.
Who you are:
You are an engineer that is always asking questions and seeking new ways to improve and optimize standard operating procedures. You love tackling complex and complicated problems and making sense out of otherwise messy situations. You can analyze large amounts of data, draw conclusions through careful interpretation and diagnoses, and present your findings clearly, concisely, and with the appropriate context for both business and technical stakeholders. You're a problem solver that can work independently, and you're not afraid to ask tough questions—even if that means speaking up in front of management. More than anything you find ways to help those around you achieve their goals through your wit, drive, and a constant desire for innovation.
